To access Kohls Credit Card Login, please login or register on the My Kohl’s Card website to activate your new Kohl’s card. (Unfortunately, you cannot activate your card on a mobile device.) You can also activate your card by bringing your photo ID and Kohl’s card with you when you make your next purchase, or by calling 800-954-0244
Customers can activate a card as soon as 24 hours after requesting one, but you should not try activating until you have received your card in the mail.
Kohls Credit Card Login: How to Login
Register for online access
Note: It is NOT possible to change your Username once it has been created.
- On the login page, click the “Register for online access” button.
- Enter your 12-digit Kohl’s Card number here. Please keep in mind that the account number from your statement will not work.
- Enter your surname exactly as it appears on your Kohl’s Card.
- Enter your birth date in the format shown (for example, 01/01/1970).
- Enter your ZIP code or postal code.
Click the “Continue” button. - Enter your Username here. Because your username is case sensitive, you must enter it exactly as you created it here when logging in. It must be between 4 and 20 characters long and cannot contain your password or email address.
- Enter your cell phone number here.
- Enter your email address, then enter it again to confirm.
- Create a password.
The following are the password guidelines:
8 to 20 characters
1 letter in lowercase (a-z)
1 capital letter (A-Z)
a single number (0-9)
1 unique character:! @ # $%,
There can’t be more than two repeating characters.
It cannot be the same as the username.
Enter your password again.
Click the “Continue” button.
Finish our one-time passcode process.
Can I use my card to shop today after I activate it?
After you’ve activated your card, you can shop at any Kohl’s location or online at www.kohls.com.
Can I add additional cards to my Kohl’s Card account?
You have the authority to activate all cards on the account as the primary owner or authorized user. Cards can only be activated online by the primary owner or an authorized user.
Can I continue to use my old card once I’ve activated my new Kohl’s Card?
Your old card is not deactivated when you activate your new one. Please contact us to have your card deactivated. Also, remember to cut up and discard your old card.

Create an account at My Kohl’s Card to make FREE online payments. You can also set up one payment per day for up to 180 days in advance. After 7:00 p.m. (central time), payments will post the following day.

Automated Phone System:
To make a FREE payment, call 855-564-5748, which is available 24 hours a day. If you are making an ACH payment, you will need to provide your bank routing and account number. Debit cards are accepted as well. After 7:00 p.m. (central time), payments will post the following day.
Phone Associate:
Call 855-564-5748, Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (central time), or 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (central time), Sunday. A routing and account number from your bank will be required. Payments made up to 11:59 p.m. (central time) today will be posted. (Note: After 7:00 p.m. central time, phone associate availability may not be guaranteed.)
